Eugen Balogh replaces David Swanepoel as of January 1st, 2023. He will support Michel Ruggaber in the continuation of the existing activities and in the development of ASSITHÈQUE. David Swanepoel left the company as of December 31st, 2022.
In December 2022 Eugen Balogh acquired the entire share participation of David Swanepoel in ASSITHÈQUE. As co-owner of the insurance boutique Eugen will actively support Michel Ruggaber, founder of ASSITHÈQUE, in the day-to-day business and in the further development of the company.
